Don’t think that everything will go as planned; that whatever you expect will come true, because even if you work hard on it, if it’s really not meant to happen, it’ll never work out. Accept early on that you need to lower the stakes and be open to consciously adjusting one’s expectations.

In moving away from perfection at work, you have to deeply know oneself. Give yourself a wider space for improvement which encompasses practicing mindfulness, reciting a mantra, knowing one’s triggers and mind mapping to generate better ideas.
5. 𝐂𝐮𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬
Everyone is prone to adopting bad habits due to influences, but keep in mind that they won’t really help us improve. It’s best to cut them out and just focus more on the good ones that will help us grow and become a better person of our own.
The key here is to become the person who is not afraid to make mistakes, but who is not also comfortable in making one. To genuinely improve by not conforming to the standards of perfection, you need to be aware of yourself and the environment that you’re living in and clearly identify your both needs and wants. #RubenLicera #LiveTheGreatLife #EmpoweredTeamEmpoweredContent
